15th Annual 2012 NICHE Conference:
Improving Health Care of Older Adults:
Continuing the Journey

The 15th Annual NICHE Conference is a three-day event to share the latest research in the care of hospitalized older adults, network with colleagues on issues of common concern and share innovative practices and ideas...all to help meet the goal of excellence in the care of older adult patients.

More than 500 health care professionals from over 100 hospitals will gather in New Orleans. The conference site celebrates the city's new growth and a rebirth of its rich heritage…and the renewal of NICHE's health care mandate in this anniversary year.

Join us and continue the journey toward a continuum of care that meets the special needs of the older adult. This year’s conference will focus on the need to address the care of the critically ill older adult, family-centered care, transitions and more. Clinicians, administrators, and researchers will present evidence-based approaches to promote positive outcomes and experiences for the hospitalized older adult. Contact hours will be provided.

The conference will include panel presentations from cutting-edge NICHE programs addressing a wide range of topics.
